Timur Sadykov, Chairman of the Management Board and President of JSC Bayan Sulu, briefed the delegation on the project’s implementation and its expected impact on the company’s future growth. The project represents a major step in expanding production capacity, modernizing manufacturing processes, and strengthening the company’s position in both domestic and international markets.
Upon completion, the new production complex will increase Bayan Sulu’s annual output by 13 000 tons, bringing the company’s total production capacity to 100 000 tons per year. The project will also create 260 new jobs and support the introduction of advanced manufacturing technologies and new product categories.
In addition to boosting production, the project will contribute to the deeper processing of locally sourced agricultural raw materials, support export growth, and enhance the global competitiveness of Kazakhstan’s confectionery industry.
During the visit, participants discussed opportunities for further industrial development, investment attraction, and the continued growth of the country’s manufacturing sector. Once operational, the Confectionery Capital complex is expected to become a significant driver of industrial development in Kostanay Region and an important milestone in the ongoing growth of Kazakhstan’s confectionery industry.
