In April of this year, Bayan Sulu JSC had already increased employee wages by 10%. Over the past three years, the average monthly salary at the company has grown by 40%. Additionally, in 2021, the company allocated 240.6 million tenge to internal social programs.
Bayan Sulu JSC is one of the largest confectionery producers in Kazakhstan, offering more than 300 types of products. The company currently employs over 1,500 people.

From August 1 Bayan Sulu factory increases employee salaries
Bayan Sulu, one of the leading confectionery companies in Kazakhstan, will increase employee salaries by 15–20% starting August 1, 2022. The salary raise will apply to all company staff.
