Bangkok is hosting leading world producers of plant-based products at the annual exhibition "FI Asia Thailand 2023". BioOperations LLP is also taking part at the exhibition, which is held at the Bangkok International Exhibition Center BITEC on September 20-23. About 600 companies present their products at the exhibition and it’s expected that more than 20 thousand people representing 40 countries will visit the event.

On the first day, the exhibition stand of BioOperations LLP attracted partners from Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia and South Korea, who were interested in importing gluten and starch made in Kazakhstan.

BioOperations LLP is the only Kazakh company presenting its products at the FI Asia Thailand 2023. The company is interested in exporting to the Southeast Asian market. Today 4.5 billion people or about 60% of the world's population live in the Asia-Pacific region.

“BioOperations works with more than 450 partners around the world. The demand for Kazakhstani products is growing because of their high quality. Wheat gluten and starch are exported to the USA, Norway, Brazil, India, Turkey, countries of Eastern Europe and the CIS. Last year, Colombia received Kazakh starch for the first time. Vietnam is also expecting a large shipment in the next few days. Logistics are established through the ports of the Black, Mediterranean and Baltic Seas and the largest shipping lines. Of course, it is important for us to be presented in the Southeast Asian market. There is a millions of consumers and starch and gluten are integral part of their traditional cuisine,” said Laura Bergibaeva, Sales Director  of KazFoodProducts LLP.

In addition to wheat gluten and starch, BioOperations LLP also presented an environmentally friendly fuel – bioethanol at the exhibition. It is worth noting that BioOperations is the only producer of ethanol in Central Asia.
