A total of 29 employees took part in the project. Over three months, participants completed various challenges and earned points for workouts at the gym, at home or in the swimming pool, achieving at least 10 000 steps twice a week, and participating in sports events and outdoor activities in Almaty, including Medeu, Shymbulak, Terrenkur, the Health Stairway, Gorelnik area, and walks along the Esentai River.
Participation in organizing corporate sports events and initiatives promoting a healthy lifestyle was also included in the program. The project helped participants increase their physical activity, develop new healthy habits, and pay more attention to their well-being. As part of the program, three employees made the decision to quit smoking.
At the end of the project, 15 participants successfully completed the program. The highest scores were achieved by Rustem Kozhaev (Eastern Express) among men and Meruert Muzdybaeva (Accounting Department) among women. The winners received certificates of appreciation and the main project award, trips to the Maldives for two people.
The healthy lifestyle promotion project became one of KazFoodProducts' initiatives aimed at developing corporate culture, strengthening teamwork, and supporting employee well-being.
