- The "BioOperations" plant produces bioethanol and ensures export to the countries of the European Union, where the first batch was sent in August 2022. Wheat gluten and starch are exported to India, the USA, Colombia, Norway, CIS, and the European Union .
- AsiaAgroFood JSC produces more than 50% of glucose-fructose syrups in Kazakhstan. The main consumers of products are confectionery enterprises. "AsiaAgroFood" products are in great demand in the markets of the Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and other countries. In addition, wheat flour is produced and supplied to Afghanistan under the UN program.

Deep processing of grain
Deep processing of grain is one of the most promising and highly profitable areas in the agro-industrial sector of the country.
It is the process of extracting food and chemical components that can be used as a standalone product or further processed to produce new consumer products.
In the process of deep processing of grain at our "BioOperations" and "AsiaAgroFood" plants, new types of high-value-added products are developed that meet the needs of the domestic market and allow us to develop export-oriented supply lines of Kazakhstani products.
Production
- Our facilities are capable of producing starch, molasses, corn gluten, wheat gluten, wheat starch A and B, and bioethanol fuel. As by-products, a granulated dry fodder product is produced from distillery stillage and bran .
- Factories have a closed production cycle and can control the quality of products at all stages - from the receipt of initial grain raw materials (grown in their own fields) to the stage of packaging and storage of the finished product in their own containers equipped with equipment to control humidity and air temperature .
