Bayan Sulu

Bayan Sulu JSC is one of the largest enterprises in the Republic of Kazakhstan for the production of confectionery, sugar and flour products. The factory was founded in December 1974 as the Qostanai confectionery factory and transformed into Bayan Sulu JSC in September 1993.

Today, the company produces more than 300 types of confectionery products. The factory employs around 1,500 staff, and the annual production volume exceeds 85,000 tons of products.
Among the most well-known brands represented in the Republic of Kazakhstan are: “Zhent”, “Kazakhstanskiy”, “Kozy-Bayan”, “Arahisovyy Aromat”, “Samal”, “Bota”, “Fruit”, “Matis”, “BS”, “Ptichye Moloko”, and others. About 45% of production is exported annually.
The strong business reputation, international cooperation, and product quality are confirmed by stable partnerships with major manufacturers and suppliers from Germany, Poland, Ukraine, the Netherlands, Denmark, Russia, Belarus, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Israel, and other countries.
The shares of JSC “Bayan Sulu” are included in the second category of the official listing sector of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange. Thanks to its stable credit history and transparent operations, the company maintains strong partnerships with international and domestic counterparties.
The factory’s products regularly participate in international and domestic exhibitions and competitions and have received numerous awards, including “Best Enterprise Producing Consumer Goods” (Altyn Sapa), “Quality Leader” (National Center for Expertise and Certification), “Best Product” (Prodexpo and WorldFood Moscow exhibitions), and others.
During production, strict compliance with the standards and GOST requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan and EurAsEC is ensured. Quality and food safety management systems are implemented and certified, including ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and ISO 50001. Gender equality standards are also confirmed, and Halal certification is available for 126 product items.
