 Taiynsha Elevator LLP is a modern enterprise engaged in the reception, processing, and storage of grain, as well as the production of compound feed for cattle, pigs, and poultry. The company ensures a stable supply of high-quality products to the market while continuously expanding and modernizing its production capacities. 

Main Activities

The company’s key areas of activity include:

•  receiving, cleaning, drying, and storing grain 
•  producing more than 30 types of complete balanced compound feeds in both mash and pelleted form 

Production Capabilities

The enterprise is capable of receiving up to 4,000 tons of grain and oilseed crops per day. All production facilities operate on natural gas, including drying complexes and heating systems. The grain drying capacity reaches 2,500 tons per day.

Production Process

The grain processing cycle includes the following stages:

•  receiving grain from road and railway transport 
•  cleaning and drying 
•  storage in modern grain warehouses 
•  shipment by road and rail transport 

Storage Capacity

The total storage capacity of the elevator is 118,000 tons:

•  Elevator 1 – 50,000 tons 
•  Elevator 2 – 24,000 tons 
•  Warehouse facilities – 44,000 tons 

Quality Control

The company operates a production and technological laboratory responsible for monitoring grain quality and overseeing storage and processing operations.

Laboratory specialists analyze raw materials, ensure compliance with standards, monitor drying and ventilation conditions, and participate in the quality control of both receiving and dispatch processes.

Railway Infrastructure

The elevator has its own railway siding with a total length of 4,000 meters. It is connected to major national railway routes, including the Petropavl–Astana line, which ensures efficient logistics and convenient access to transportation networks.

Compound Feed Plant

The plant has been consistently increasing production volumes and improving product quality. In 2024, the production of feed flour was introduced. The compound feed production capacity is 60,000 tons per year, including 12,000 tons of feed flour.

Chemical Laboratory

The enterprise operates its own chemical laboratory responsible for testing raw materials and finished products. It analyzes nutritional value, detects harmful substances and microorganisms, and ensures compliance with quality standards.

This system guarantees the high quality and safety of compound feeds, which is essential for animal health.
